The major goals of the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center's Cancer Research Career Enhancement and Related Activities are to develop a diverse biomedical workforce from "teens to tenure"; to train translational researchers and clinicians with clinical trial expertise to serve the community nationwide and to disseminate the latest advancements in clinical oncology to caregivers across Indiana to improve patient outcomes. These goals are achieved through the following aims:

Specific Aim 1: To coordinate and align cancer center-wide education and training activities across research programs and IU schools

Specific Aim 2: To provide cancer research enrichment activities from teens to trainees to tenure      

Specific Aim 3: To extend educational opportunities for health professionals across Indiana
